DIRECTIONS Apply 100% Pure Horsetail Base Coat first for strong, healthy nails with a smoother surface. After applying this base coat, or the Ridge Filler Base for a smoother application; allow to dry. Apply one coat of nail polish and allow to dry; follow with a second coat for more opaque color. Finish with Glass Top Coat for a chip-free, high-gloss finish.
