I have combination/oily skin and this bar has truly changed my skincare. Very gentle and helps calm my skin when it's 'that time of the month' or I get an unexpected breakout. Skin feels nourished and clean without feeling stripped. I like to follow up with a tallow moisturizer.

I'm pretty sensitive to whey protein so I was surprised I didn't get bloated at all with this one! I'll put mine in a shake with ice, raw milk, almond butter, and a banana but if I'm in a hurry, some ice and milk also does the trick! Would recommend if you're looking for a protein powder that isn't sickly sweet but also helps to keep you full without bloating!!

Was a bit hesitant, but this was absolutely delicious! I found it best to blend with ice and cold water for a slushy-like texture. Need to try with blended fruit but is a good option if you don't want a milky-protein shake.
