I have been using this cream for the last 6 months and have to say I have seen a significant improvement in my sinuses! I apply it twice a day, directly over my sinuses and fore head and back of neck. The number of sinus headaches and severity of the headaches has greatly diminished! I love the smell, and the consistency is light, not too greasy for the face. I will never go without it!
