In the past I had postpartum depression after one birth and seasonal affect in many winters. This January I hit my lowest low after working too hard, not getting enough sleep and feeling hopeless in a particular circumstance of mine. A friend of mine mixed the depression blend in water for me and I took 2 doses each day. On the third day - I woke up and the fog in my brain had lifted a little. I was still tired and not out of the woods just yet. I continued the remedy once a day for two weeks and now I am back to my optimistic self. I can't believe how fast the remedy worked! At the same time I took it- I gave it to my 6 year old daughter with ASD. She was diagnosed with depression as a toddler. The weeks leading up to taking it - she was screaming at me for everything. We were in a bad spot! After taking the remedy for just a few days - I saw a shift in her too. She wasn't screaming anymore and and she started being more loving to me than ever before. 2 weeks after the start of the remedy - she was the happiest I have ever seen her in her life. (on a side note - Many of my friends are now taking remedies after seeing the change in my daughter.)

My daughter and I are both taking it and we really have not seen any difference.
