INGREDIENTS Organic Glycerin, Purified Water, Magnesium, Organic Natural Flavors, Organic Elderberry Fruit Extract, Organic Chamomile Flower Extract,  Zinc,  Organic Lemon Balm Leaf Extract, Organic Passionflower Extract, Citric Acid, Vitamin D, and Organic Ginger Root Extract. 

DIRECTIONS Shake well before using. Take one serving as needed 30 minutes before bedtime. Ages 2-3 years, take 5 mL. Ages 4+ years, take 10 mL. Use product within 90 days of opening.
