TO USE Take 5-60 drops by mouth, 1-5x daily as needed. Smaller amounts (10-15 drops) may be taken more frequently, every 15 minutes or so for about an hour or until relief is felt. This extract can be used short-term during or after stressful events or situations, or for a longer period of time as a general stress and anxiety tonic.
