TO USE 

• General pain or fever: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 3–4 hours as needed
• Headaches or menstrual cramps: 1–2 teaspoons every 2–3 hours as needed
• Daily inflammation support: 1 teaspoon up to 3 times daily
• May be taken directly or mixed into warm water or tea.
• Shake well before use.

• Individuals allergic to aspirin or sensitive to salicylates (white willow bark).
• Those with bleeding disorders or taking blood-thinning medications.
• Individuals with high blood pressure (if using licorice root).
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical guidance.
• Do not combine with acetaminophen, aspirin, or ibuprofen.
